Filing a notice of claimed infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent below including: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on this site; (4) your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or the material misidentified, you may send a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, a district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Designated agent

Repeat infringers

We may terminate the access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
